Terms and Conditions for the Temple of Erotic Awakening - Tantra Retreat

1. Acknowledgment of Information: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge having read and understood all information about the retreat provided on our website.

2. Age and Responsibility: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept full responsibility for your actions during the retreat.

3. Compliance with Rules: You agree to adhere to all rules and requests set by the organizers and property owner, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all attendees.

4. Alcohol and Drug-Free Policy: This retreat is free from alcohol and drugs. Attendees exhibiting signs of intoxication will not be permitted to participate, as we prioritize a safe and open environment.

5. Behavioral Standards: Any actions contrary to the retreat's core values will result in being asked to leave. Respectful and non-violent behavior is mandatory.

6. Right of Admission: The retreat organizers and management reserve the right to deny entry or terminate your participation without a refund if these terms are violated.

7. Health and Safety Liability: You are solely responsible for your health and safety, as well as for those around you, during the Retreat, including while near the Creek and/or during outdoor activities.

8. Participation in Activities: Your involvement in workshops or sessions is entirely voluntary and not mandatory.

9. Program Changes: The organizers and facilitators can modify workshop schedules as needed, without prior notice.

10. Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in emergencies, where you can transfer the ticket for the next workshop, or you may sell the ticket yourself. Please inform us for guest list updates.

11. Event Cancellation Policy: If we must cancel the event, you can either retain your ticket for the rescheduled dates or choose to resell your ticket.
